Founded in 2018, Hazelwood Surveyors are a Chartered Building Consultancy practice based in Wilmslow, near Manchester and covering whole of the North West.

We cover most core areas of Building Surveying for both Commercial and Residential Clients. On the residential side our services include Building Surveys, Party Wall Matters and Defect Analysis.

On the commercial side our services include Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys, Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCA), Design, Contract Administration and Project Management to a variety of project works, Development Monitering and Defect Analysis.

We pride ourselves on providing a high quality bespoke service to our clients, ensuring every project is given the time required to deliver exceptional results, and whilst keeping fees at very reasonable levels.

Hazelwood Surveyors is headed up by Thomas Weinmann, a chartered surveyor with over 18 years experience in all areas of building surveying.
