Building Conservation Accreditation Scheme
The Building Conservation Accreditation provides a register of experts with experience and knowledge in the field of conservation of historic buildings or sites.

Fixed Charge Receivership Scheme
Established by RICS and the Insolvency Practitioners Association this scheme accredits professionals who carry out fixed charge or Law of Property Act receivership work to protect the interests of lenders, creditors or other shareholders.

Mediation Accreditation Scheme
RICS holds a Register of Accredited Mediators. All Accredited Mediators included on the register will have successfully completed training with RICS or a training provider that meets the requirements of the Civil Mediation Council.

RICS Valuer Registration is an independent system of regulatory monitoring, which includes a register of valuers. Monitoring by RICS Regulation begins as soon as members sign up to Valuer Registration.
