Building control

Building control is now mostly enforced through the Building Regulations. A surveyor will be able to advise you on the correct application of the Regulations to help ensure that all relevant building work accords with the government's objectives of securing the health and safety of building users, promoting energy efficiency and making access easier for disabled people.
