Surveyors can help and advise on the administration of contracts, particularly in relation to construction projects, by performing the role of contract administrator. Specific advice may include collateral warranties, insurance, defects, extensions of time, letters of intent, loss and expense, payment, planning and programming, practical completion, and termination.
