External wall survey

An external wall survey is a comprehensive survey undertaken by a qualified surveying professional to investigate the whole external wall system of a building inclusive of balconies and any other external projections. Along with cladding and associated fixings, the survey will also inspect a range of other elements including the insulation, various coverings and related fittings and all fire-stopping measures. Each of these elements and how they perform together is comprehensively reviewed and reported upon.
