Our Real Estate Agency and Brokerage Guidance 3rd ed and Real Estate Management 3rd ed which consist of  mandatory practice statements in Part 1 and guidance in Part 2, apply to selling, buying, letting, renting and management whether it is commercial, residential or rural real estate.

Our Service Charges Residential Management Code 3rd ed sets out best practice for the management of residential property where a service charge is payable.
