About Us

The firm was started by Robert Horner in 1972 and is a practice of Chartered Surveyors offering a range of professional services to owners and prospective purchasers of property.

The three partners Andrew Dewhurst, John Hession and James Harrington are Chartered Building Surveyors and have 40, 26 and 23 years experience respectively. They are assisted by an experienced Property Manager and a dedicated and experienced admin team.

We are a small private practice and offer a personal service to all our private and commercial clients.

Although our offices are located in West London we can easily access the whole of the home counties. For major projects and surveys of larger buildings we cover the whole of the British Isles. We also have experience of properties in the Alps, Paris and the Dordogne (surveys, refurbishment and subsidence).
