About Us

Alan Young set up a sole practitioner practice in 1986, having completed a BSc degree in Building Surveying at Leicester Polytechnic, and became an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 1984.

We are able to provide a prompt and professional service for a whole range of projects irrespective of size, from the architectural design of small extensions to dwelling houses and refurbishment of period listed buildings through to the design of modern traditional or modern contemporary housing.
