About Us
We carry out valuations of commercial and residential properties for secured lending, purchase, probate, capital gains tax, as well as RICS Homebuyers Reports and RICS Condition Reports.
We provide valuations and advice under the Leasehold Reform Act for purchases of your Freehold, or extending your Lease.
We act as LPA Receivers for lenders and insolvency practitioners. We are members of NARA (Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers).
We undertake rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of Landlords and Tenants, both large and small and on all types of property. We also advise and undertake Schedules of Condition, Dilapidations and other routine Landlord and Tenant matters.
We undertake surveys and valuations for rating purposes, submit appeals and negotiate with the Valuation Officer to secure reductions in the rateable values on behalf of commercial owners and occupiers.
We provide Expert Witness advice and reports to present cases to Court or Third Party for disputes in relation to valuations.
