About Us

Roy McClure Associates, established 1985, is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors.

Based in Richmond-upon-Thames, we carry out surveys and valuations in South West London. Our geographic area extends from Central London into the counties of Surrey and Middlesex.

We represent private clients and have undertaken some seventy thousand inspections on primarily residential and mixed use commercial buildings.

Surveys, whilst predominantly residential, have included offices, shops, garages, warehouses, sports clubs, schools, theatres, churches, hotels, restaurants, public houses and even a zoo!

Residential surveys range from studio flats to stately homes.

As can be seen from our SAVA and BSi membership, quality is an essential part of this reputable and well established practice, which maintains an impeccable surveying record.
