W.C. Dawson & Son was established in 1925 and remains one of Tameside's foremost and reputable firms of Chartered Surveyors, Help to Buy, Estate Agents and Property Management Specialists.

The company is owned by Richard Wood and Jason Mellor who are both Chartered Surveyors and have over sixty years experience in all aspects of the property market between them.

Our offices are prominently situated in Stalybridge and provide excellent local coverage. One of the company's most valuable assets is the wealth of experience and local knowledge provided by the directors and all staff, who all live in the area.
