Our main office is based in Farnborough and we operate predominantly within the local area and along the M3 and A3 corridors. Local surveyors provide the benefit of local contacts and experience and accountability.
As a RICS regulated firm we are constantly reviewing and updating our knowledge of building technology and its statutory framework. We also have spent many years in repair and maintenance of traditional properties where the old ways can remain the best.
We have many years of experience in administering The Party Wall etc Act 1996. We have dealt with many hundreds of claims related to subsidence and other insured perils. We have extensive experience of administering building works and contracts and addressing defects and defective work.
