Malcolm Hughes is a Chartered Land Surveying business covering the whole of the UK from regional centres in Manchester, Glasgow and Swansea.
We offer bespoke land surveys to include but not limited to, topographical, engineering, hydrographic, geographic and modelling. With surveyors across the UK, we are able to keep surveys affordable whilst offering innovative techniques and practices to ensure you get the survey you need.
We have extensive experience of Boundary dispute surveys and can offer expert witnesses should your matter be going towards legal action.
We provide Area Measurement surveys in accordance with the RICS Code of Measuring Practice and IPMS Standards.
We are agents for Ordnance Survey paper and digital mapping and provide Utility Search information.
We offer bespoke Build Information Modelling (BIM) and hold our ISO 19650 kitemark.
We are a member of the Ogilvie Group of Companies, giving you the assurance of being backed by a larger firm.
