About Us
The Residential Consultancy is operated by Andrew Nickless. Andrew is a chartered surveyor and registered valuer. He cut his teeth working for a large regional company, established the residential department for a international corporate firm, became a Director of a Regional Development company and established the Residential Consultancy in 2003.
