We analyse building defects resulting from overdue maintenance, faulty workmanship, and other causes, and specify the necessary works to deal with them. We specialise in helping clients with problems that maintenance contractors have failed to resolve, and for older properties we also have the specialist knowledge and experience to specify repairs and improvements in keeping with their age, character and construction type.
We prepare schedules of condition for businesses looking to lease commercial premises. This helps them avoid costly mistakes due to the condition of the property not being as stated in the Lease that they sign up to.

We carry out condition surveys for small commercial and residential properties for purchasers who have made an offer ‘subject to survey’, and either have specific concerns relating to Residential Home Reports, or who simply require greater peace of mind about their purchase.

We inspect new-build and upgraded/extended properties where there are concerns about workmanship quality or compliance with the agreed specification. We also arrange and supervise small works projects for works identified in our reports, acting as our client’s representative and applying the same attention to detail that we have become known for since 2005.
