About Us
Radnor Associates was founded in 2005 by Stephen Radnor BSc. (Hons) MRICS, the Principle Surveyor of Radnor Associates. Stephen has over 25 years’ experience, holds a degree with first class honours in Estate Management and is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Stephen is a registered valuer under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme, holds diplomas in Home inspection, Level 4 Commercial Energy Assessment and Residential Energy Assessment and has many years of experience acting for both corporate and individual clients in relation to residential and commercial property.
