Coverwood Chartered Surveyors is independently owned and operated by Tim Metson BSc(Hons) MRICS. Offering a broad range of professional property services across every sector, Coverwood specialises in the Surrey Hills but also advises clients throughout the South East, London and the UK as a whole.
Red Book Valuations – We undertake ‘Red Book’ valuations for a variety of purposes including probate (Inheritance), capital gains, private residence relief, the Charities Act and pension tax purposes. We regularly negotiate with the Valuation Office substantially reducing the tax payable by our clients.
Acquisition and Disposal – Coverwood act for a variety of corporate clients ranging from office and warehouse search and negotiation through to probate and development site sales.
Consultancy – We also provide retained strategic property advice ranging from agricultural estates through to large scale business and science parks.
