RICS Home Survey - Level 2 is commissioned after your offer is accepted and is a visual inspection that provides a clear overview of the properties condition.

Structural Engineer Report is typically undertaken following a mortgage valuation or home survey that has asked for specialist Structural Engineer (MICE CEng) to inspect and report on cracking, bowing, or distortions in the main structural elements.
