We are a firm of chartered building surveyors offering a full range of professional services to the general public and business clients respectively. Specifically we provide detailed Building Surveys prior to purchase and acquisition of Residential and Commercial property.

We also provide services for Landlords and Tenants in relation to dilapidations liabilities whether it is preparation and service of a Schedule of Dilapidations or in response to a Schedule Served by another surveyor.

Party Wall surveying services are a speciality of the practice being fully conversant with complying with and administering the Party Wall etc Act 1996, whether theta is for a Building Owner who wants to carry out certain notifiable works, or for an Adjoining Owner who has dissented to a Notice served and a dispute has arisen which requires the Surveyor or Surveyors to resolve the dispute by way of an Award.
