Established in 2007, we provide property consultancy advice for clients within the local south west London residential marketplace. We focus on providing prudent, client specific, relevant professional advice. Our surveyors are readily accessible and post survey we encourage clients to have a phone call with the surveyor following receipt of the report to provide further context on the survey results. This further assists our clients understand defects and implications with the property.

Our key service areas include; pre-acquisition condition surveys: RICS levels 1-3, Party Wall matters and Market Valuations for matrimonial, inheritance tax, shared ownership and Capital Gains Tax purposes.
