About Us

Meridian Surveyors are an independent company of Chartered Building Surveyors and property agents, offering a full range of surveying services in addition to residential and commercial lettings and sales. We cover much of Kent and East Sussex with majority of our work within the Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill, Eastbourne, Battle and Rye areas. We pride ourselves on a personal and high quality service with the emphasis on professional, although easy-to-understand advice, with most of our instructions coming from repeat clients and recommendations. Our surveyors are all local and live within the area. We therefore feel we have unrivalled knowledge and expertise with all aspects of the residential and commercial property market within the locality. 

Our range of services include preparing RICS Home Survey Levels 2 & 3 and Red Book valuations for probate and marital issues, help-to-buy & shared ownership and expert witness.
