About Us

We are an independent family firm of Chartered Surveyors that is regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). All valuation work is done by an RICS-registered valuer.

We have extensive experience in Somerset and West Dorset and offer a personal service to all our clients. We are always more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the survey or indeed any other property-related questions.

We always ask if you have any plans to alter a property or have any concerns that you particularly wish us to investigate and this will be
looked at and discussed in the follow-up phone call we make to all clients after the inspection.

We have a real interest in property and whilst we have many years of practical experience we still regularly undertake additional training in order that we can offer you the most up-to-date and comprehensive advice on anything from a modern estate house to a grade 2 thatched cottage.
