About Us
We specialise in disabled adaptations and provide the following services:
Initial property search.
Design proposals, including measured survey and production of existing building plans.
Design drawings.
Planning and Building Regulations approval.
Facilitation of the building contract.
Contract administration to sign off.
As well as offering a traditional design & build service we design, build and install modular extensions, which allows additional wetrooms, bedrooms or living spaces to be added to the client’s home within weeks and with minimal disruption to the homeowner or tenant. This is especially important for vulnerable families where the stress of an on-site build may be difficult to cope with. The modular extensions are built and fully fitted out in our factory and are transported around the country and simply craned into place
Alex is also an elected member of the Institute of Expert Witnesses and provides Expert Witness Reports on the accommodation needs of disabled people with catastrophic injuries, seeking compensation and damages. He acts as Single Joint Expert for both Claimants and Defendants and prepares accommodation reports for clients across the UK.
In addition, we offer the following ancilliary surveying services: Asbestos Management Surveys, Snagging
Surveys and Schedules of Condition.
