Peter Maksymuk has over 30 years' experience in the Private and Local Authority Sector. Peter graduated with a Building Management Degree at Coventry University. Peter has gained experience in Commercial and Residential work and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). He has also become a member of the Society of Protection of Ancient Buildings, takes a keen interest in historic buildings and Surveying. He is also a fully qualified Energy Assessor for both Commercial Level 4, 3, Display Energy Certificate and a Residential Rd SAP Energy Certification for Residential Property. He also has experience in Contract Supervision and drawing up Specifications and Management of Projects. Other experience includes Expert Witness Work for Legal Disputes and Party Wall Boundary Negotiations Awards, Residential Surveys and Commercial Dilapidation Condition Surveys.
