About Us
In a nutshell, we provide RICS Home Surveys and Valuation Reports. More specifically, this includes, RICS Home Survey Level 2 and 3 Reports (also known as a RICS HomeBuyer Report and RICS Building Survey), Help to Buy Valuations, Shared Ownership Valuations, Probate Valuations, amongst offer forms of residential valuations. There are some options you can add to a RICS Home Survey. We like to call these the Survey First Plus+ options. These include, cost guidance, drone surveys, maintenance programme, amongst others (see our website for more details). These always remain an option, for those occasions where a standard survey isn’t enough.
Based in St Albans, our coverage includes, all of Hertfordshire (including St Albans, Watford, Stevenage, Hemel Hempstead, Hitchin), Central and South Bedfordshire (including Luton, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard), large parts of West London (including Uxbridge, Harrow, Wembley), large parts of North London (including Enfield, Barnet, Tottenham, Finsbury Park, Wood Green), and large parts of East London (including Walthamstow, Chigwell, Romford).
