About Us

We are an established chartered surveying consultancy, regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), specialising in party wall and neighbourly matters, and project management. We cover Surrey, London and the South East, with offices in Walton-on-Thames and Dorking. We are a family business whose aim is to employ our core skills and strengths to provide clients with the highest quality of service in our areas of expertise. We have two company directors, Harry Everest is a member of the RICS, the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and Pyramus & Thisbe Society, which are regulated bodies promoting the best professional practice in party wall surveying. Tom Everest is a Fellow of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Society. We are also experienced project managers covering projects of all sizes and budgets and across all sectors, including residential, new build and refurbishment, retail shell and fit out, as well as commercial Cat A and Cat B office space.
