Kingdom and Company Chartered Surveyors and Period Property Specialists are based in Great Dunmow Essex. The practice was established in 1966 by Michael Kingdom and is one of the longest established surveying practices in the region. Our fully qualified Chartered Surveyors [FRICS and MRICS] have extensive knowledge and experience of property in East Anglia and the London area.

The focus of our work is the provision of pre-purchase surveys for all type of residential property.
We offer a range of surveys for all types of property which includes:

We are specialist historic building surveyors – in particular historic timber-framed structures, but all types of period property including flint and brick construction.
