We are local independent residential Surveyors with 100+ 5 STAR Google Reviews. Specialising in detailed, easy-to-understand reports with photos. We provided phone calls with your Surveyor to voice your concerns and discuss the findings for your peace of mind.

What makes us different:

· Unlike larger firms that do multiple surveys per day and have time constraints we only do one, YOURS. Allowing us time to do a more detailed inspection and report.

· The report has clear PHOTOS so you can easily follow along with the defects found.

· We offer a DRONE SURVEY to inspect hard-to-reach areas and identify hidden defects on the roof, chimneys and guttering. The PHOTOS will then be included in the report.

· We offer a phone call after you have read the report to discuss the findings. Your Surveyor will clarify issues and you can have your questions answered for your PEACE OF MIND.
