We specialise in residential homebuyer reports, full building surveys, residential lease extension valuations, probate valuations and help to buy valuations. We also offer other services including dilapidation reports and schedules of condition for commercial premises. We guarantee good value for money and quick turnaround times. The service offered is personal and thorough with after service included, always allowing time to go through queries or further questions raised by solicitors during property purchases.
