About Us

We are based in Ross on Wye and undertake surveys throughout Herefordshire, West Gloucestershire and Monmouthshire. Jonathan Preece MRICS heads up the Company and has over 30 years’ experience in undertaking Building Surveys and is an RICS Registered Valuer.

The reports provide clear and professional advice enabling the client to make an informed decision as to whether or not to purchase the property. The inspections of the property are thorough and the reports are detailed and reader-friendly with defects evidenced by photographs.
