About Us

Torside Building Consultants Limited (formerly JBH Property Consulting Limited) were established in 2007 and are Chartered Surveyors specialising in building surveying and project services to commercial clients. The team, operating out of Greater Manchester and the Northwest, provides building consultancy, project management and architectural design services nationwide.

Torside has a team of experienced surveyors who are experts in their respective fields. Undertaking traditional building consultancy activities and full project services in addition to Party Wall advice, dilapidations and insurance reinstatement cost assessments.

We have extensive experience operating in many commercial and social sectors including:- education, offices, leisure, industrial, residential care and block residential, for numerous blue-chip clients.

All our surveyors are qualified remote pilots for the use of UAV’s (drones). This allows us to obtain an aerial perspective on all our projects.
