About Us

The company was established in 2023 by Andrew Bland, an experienced Chartered Surveyor, combining local knowledge with a personal service.

Andrew started his property career in 1987. In 2003, he became a partner in a large Lincolnshire based firm of estate agents and surveyors, and subsequently a Director of various group companies.

He has extensive experience of advising clients in many property sectors including residential, commercial, agricultural, planning and development, and property management.

During his spare time, Andrew is a keen motorcyclist, enjoys keeping fit and walking in the Derbyshire countryside.
