About Us

Peter Barry are a Sevenoaks based firm of Chartered Surveyors offering a full range of residential surveying services.

If you are in the process of buying a property and would like the peace of mind that only an RICS survey can provide, call us today to discuss the options and to receive a competitive quote. We can also provide advice on party wall matters if you are planning to extend your property or have received a party wall notice – our team of surveyors can act for either or both owners and have the experience to ensure that the process runs smoothly.

We prepare valuations and undertake negotiations under the Leasehold Reform Act in respect of lease extensions and freehold purchases.

Other specialist areas include project management, licenses to alter, snagging lists and valuations for all purposes include matrimonial and tax planning.
