About Us

Our qualified and experienced staff have been providing property advice since 1981. The team have a wide variety of expertise and can provide detailed advice helping you understand the property market in your area.

Our focus is on high quality, bespoke, easy-to-understand survey reports that are tailored to the individual property, specific circumstances and needs of our clients. Our staff like to build up a relationship with their clients, not simply produce a report on their behalf, instead taking the time to talk them through the risks of each property and pass on advice for maintenance and costs where required. As such our surveyors only carry out one survey per day, to ensure our quality of service to our clients is never compromised.

Our range of services include: Level 3 Building Surveys, Level 2 Homebuyer Report, roof surveys, new build snagging lists, commercial surveys, valuations, Party Walls, lease extension valuations and contract administration.

Our local staff serve Worthing, Littlehampton, Shoreham-by-Sea, Bognor Regis and Chichester.
