Based in Harrogate and operating throughout North Yorkshire, Broadley Commercial is a property consultancy specialising in the property & asset management, lease consultancy, service charge and valuation fields. We act for both landlords and tenants and across all sectors including industrial, office and retail.
We provide advice to both the private and public sectors.

Broadley Commercial also provide residential RICS Home Survey reports. We are able to provide reports at both Level 1 and Level 2 (either just a survey, or with a valuation as an optional extra) so please get in touch to discuss the various options in more detail.
