About Us

As local independent property surveyors and valuers regulated by the RICS, Barnett Surveyors Ltd provide professional property reports such as RICS Level 2 Surveys and Red Book Valuations.

As a small local firm, our reputation is very important and you can expect a strong emphasis on customer service when using our services.

Based in Derby, we serve Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicester and Burton-on-Trent.

We strive to provide the best service possible by minimising limitations. To achieve this, we use drone technology to capture a comprehensive view of external areas that are not easily visible from the ground. This enables our clients to make informed decisions when considering their next property purchase. Our surveyors are registered drone operators with the Civil Aviation Authority.
