We are an independent RICS-registered practice, providing a range of residential surveys and valuations. We offer RICS Home Surveys, Red Book Valuations, Energy Performance Certificates and Drone Surveys.

We aim to provide a friendly, quality and professional service to our customers in both Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. We prioritise quality over quantity to produce high value reports as well as ensuring they are turned around to you as swiftly as possible.

Moving home? We provide Level 2 & 3 RICS Home Surveys to give you peace of mind for your property purchase. We want to go over and above and leave no stone unturned by investing in drone technology and camera poles to view elements of the building fabric impaired from view at ground level. We also offer specialist drone surveys if your requirement Is more specific.

We are also RICS Registered Valuers. You may require a formal valuation of your property for a number of reasons. Is your Help to Buy equity loan due? Or perhaps you need a valuation for probate, capital gains, inheritance tax or matrimonial purposes? We can help you out.

Are you an estate or letting agent? Or perhaps selling or letting out your property? We can provide you with an Energy Performance Certificate as is mandatory for the sale/renting process.
