About Us
We are passionate about providing our clients with excellent customer service; from our straightforward booking system on our website, to the final reports and support thereafter. Compared to some firms, we offer a good turn-around time for our reports as we ensure that we do not carry out numerous surveys in a day. We aim to give the inspection and report writing the necessary time and attention required, to ultimately ensure an excellent service is delivered for your property.
Our slogan is, ‘Your Property, Our Priority’, and we very much stick to those values, as we were founded upon the strive for quality over quantity within residential surveying. We are experienced and specialise in RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys, Private Valuations including Help to Buy and Shared Ownership, New-Build Snagging Surveys, EPC’s (Energy Performance Certificates) and Drone and Camera Pole Surveys.
We are both knowledgeable and experienced in the geographical areas that we cover, and our surveys are always carried out by an RICS-accredited surveyor and registered valuer.
We serve areas within: Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire, Bedfordshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, and Suffolk.
We can utilise modern technology, such as drones and camera poles with cameras where necessary and possible, to ensure that crucial and expensive elements of the property, such as roofs and chimneys are adequately commented on. Simply regarding a ground-level inspection as a limitation does not provide clients with the information they need regarding such areas.
Our Principles:
1. To provide an excellent service from the initial enquiry or referral, through to the final report and further advice. Our customer service alongside our expertise and passion ensures that you can make the best-informed decisions regarding your future or current property.
2. To always be regarded as a trusted surveying firm. We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and as such we strongly promote and adhere to the ethical principles outlined by RICS, which includes acting with honesty and integrity. Our Director, George, is an RICS ‘Inspire Ambassador’, which promotes the profession and aims to encourage new entrants into surveying.
3. To ensure our clients achieve value for money. We remain competitive in our pricing and offer a wide range of specialist surveying services. We aim to go the extra mile, such as ensuring we can comment on elements like roofs and chimneys via the use of drones and camera poles where possible, rather than them regarded as a limitation of a ground-level inspection.
Bookings can be made via our quotation form found on our website, or by email and telephone. We will respond promptly and ensure that we help you choose the most suitable type of inspection for your property requirements. We keep you regularly updated throughout the booking process, and our service to you does not end immediately when the report is issued.
