Having operated in Leeds, Yorkshire and the surrounding areas for over 40 years, Knight Surveys have developed a reputation with local estate agents and professionals for providing clear and thorough advice.

Our focus is client-based. With over 15,000 completed surveys we have experience inspecting a range of properties, from new builds to Listed, Heritage and Rural buildings.

We provide Expert Witness services, with clear, logical and impartial opinions.

We also provide commercial services including reinstatement cost assessments for insurance purposes, schedules of condition and project management.

Working with an inter-disciplinary team we can co-ordinate a development appraisal, including Planning, Architect designs, Quantity Surveying and Building Surveying.
