We do things a little differently at Lintels. We offer surveys for buyers, sellers and home owners looking to stay at home and undertake refurbishment/ extension. We also offer a professional and expert opinion and support on maintenance requirements/ issues or specific defects. Our detailed reports and comprehensive imagery enable you to move forward with confidence. As local independent RICS-regulated chartered surveyors we give you the additional assurance of using RICS best practice alongside our local expertise and knowledge of the area.

Matthew Hackling MRICS, is one of the new generation of RICS Chartered Surveyors, with highly technical learning matched with substantial experience in the residential home survey field. His experience of residential property of all types and with a special interest and knowledge of period and historic/ Listed property enables Lintels to live up to its name and excel at solidly supporting our clients through the survey process.

Our post-survey support is second to none. After you receive your survey report, we give you 6 weeks of further support at no extra cost to help and assist you with further questions and to guide you to appropriate specialists for further investigations if needed.
