About Us

Cobel Building Surveyors are an independent local practice with over 40 years’ experience in the property sector throughout Devon and Cornwall.  As a Registered Firm regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) We pride ourselves on delivering professionally high standards.  

We undertake pre-purchase RICS Home Surveys, Level 2 & 3 (previously known as Homebuyers Survey) and Commercial Building Surveys. We also undertake Snagging Survey on new build homes.  Your Home Survey (Level 2 & 3) will be carried out by a local Fully Chartered Member (MRICS) of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).  We use Drones* to inspect high level areas at no extra cost.
