About Us

HRE Group provides a holistic real estate consulting offer across 6 departments, covering asset management; building; expert witness; lease advisory; registered valuation; and transaction services.

We aim to offer a personal service in each case, from acceptance of instructions through to efficient, easy-to-understand reporting and subsequent client advice.

Regular residential services include: a wide range of Red Book Valuations, bespoke Building Surveys, Expert Witness mandates, Statutory Lease Extension scenarios and Collective Enfranchisement instructions.

Regular commercial services include: a wide range of Red Book Valuations, bespoke Building Services including Dilapidations, and Condition Surveys, Expert Witness mandates, and Lease Advisory scenarios including Rent Reviews and Re-gears and Renewals.
