Pallant Surveyors Limited

Pallant Surveyors is a family business based in Chichester, formed by brothers Toby and Ben Hanton. We provide a friendly and professional service, supporting our clients through the homebuying process with expert advice and local knowledge.

We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and uphold the highest standards of our profession, placing our clients at the centre of what we do. Buying a house is a huge commitment, and we are here to ensure you can proceed with confidence by providing straightforward, pragmatic, jargon-free advice. We specialise in RICS Home Surveys, but the service you will receive from us goes far beyond this. We are here to support you from start to finish in the purchase of your home, and will remain available to provide any required advice after you have moved in. We also offer a range of other surveying services such as Defect Reports and Drone Surveys.
