I’m Richard Oades an independent Chartered Surveyor based in Sheffield, performing RICS Surveys and Valuations across South Yorkshire, North East Derbyshire, and the Peak District.

With over 20 years of experience, I will provide a professional and knowledgeable service, as well as ensuring you’re fully informed and able to make the best decisions for you and your future property.

Oades Residential Surveying offers that extra level of care to clients. I am the sole Surveyor and owner and will take the time to truly listen to your needs, to explain everything clearly, and provide thorough reports with aerial photographs included at no extra cost on level 2 and level 3 surveys and with no time limit to how many questions you can ask.

As well as RICS level 2 and 3 surveys, as a chartered surveyor I also cover Right to Buy, Shared Ownership, and Probate valuations.
