About Us

Foresite Surveyors is an independent Chartered Surveyors practice, established in 2011 by Jon Graham, specialising in surveying and valuing residential properties in the South Wales area.

Jon is a Chartered Member of the RICS and an RICS Registered Valuer. Jon became Chartered in 1999 and has 25 years experience in the property industry. Initially dealing mainly with commercial property, since 2003 he has focused on residential properties.

Foresite Surveyors provides a professional and friendly service. All work will be undertaken by Jon so you can be assured it will not be passed over to another firm or third party to carry out. He is happy to discuss any issues or concerns with you before instruction and upon completion of the survey report.
