About Us

About Us
Kempton Carr Croft provides surveying, valuation and consultancy services for commercial and residential property and land.

The firm is a trusted and recommended, established and growing, independent property consultancy with nine offices in the South of England.

From a single property to extensive portfolio and management requirements, we offer: valuation, surveying, disposals, asset management, acquisitions and lease advisory services.

Our clients range from private individuals, families and trusts to large corporate organisations, investors and public sector organisations. We work with homeowners, landlords, tenants, investors, developers, property managers, councils, housing associations, and the solicitors, estate agents, lenders and accountants who advise them.

We believe that when dealing with property, it’s people who matter the most. By trade we’re Chartered surveyors, RICS registered valuers and Property Consultants but ultimately we’re just people who want to help other people (you), get the most from your investment, take advantage of new opportunities and make sound financial decisions relating to property.

We’re proud to be able to offer so many different services under one roof and take pride in finding the right people, with the right skillset to work on your behalf in order to do this. We ensure that our surveyors have a detailed knowledge of the local markets that they work in to provide an excellent understanding of the factors that may influence your property decisions.

As professional excellence, integrity, client focus and honesty are at the heart of our business, we won’t try to baffle you with buzz words or technical jargon, and you can always talk directly to the specialist working on your behalf. In short, we provide the expert knowledge you need with a personal service you expect in order to meet your specific property, business and reporting needs.

We’re regulated by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and members of our team are enrolled in the following organisations relating to their specialist disciplines:
ALEP – The Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners
Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
Expert Witness Institution
Pyramus and Thisbe club – promoting excellence in Party Wall practice since 1974
