AK Property Consultants is a modern firm of Chartered Surveyors run by Karl Charalambous BSc (Hons) MRICS Registered Valuer. We specialise in residential homebuyer reports, full building surveys, residential lease extension valuations, probate valuations and help to buy valuations. We also offer other services including dilapidation reports and schedules of condition for commercial premises. We guarantee good value for money and quick turnaround times. The service offered is personal and thorough with after service included, always allowing time to go through queries or further questions raised by solicitors during property purchases.

The client base for the company is broad, acting on behalf of private individuals, Public companies, Bournemouth International Airport, local and national charities together with multiple local retailers, office occupiers, industrialists, dealing with a whole range of matters relating to the smallest property through to larger portfolios.
