About Us

Aspin and Company Limited formed in 2012 and is owned by Kevin M Aspin MRICS (Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer). We provide a number of property related services to both private and public sector clients. Our owner, Kevin Aspin is also the Programme Director for the MSc in Real Estate and Property Management at the University of Salford, Manchester and lectures in Valuation, Development and Asset Management. Kevin also works for the RICS delivering CPD training courses.

With a dedicated and growing team of six highly motivated Chartered and Graduate Surveyors we provide a personal and friendly property advice. We are based in Stalybridge but provide our services to the whole of the North West, North Wales, West/South Yorkshire, Derbyshire, the Midlands and the North East.
