About Us
Ibis helps clients to get certainty of cost of newbuild housing, refurbishment, horizontal and vertical extension, and office-to-resi projects in Oxford and across Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and West London.
We can help as little or as much as you want, with a history of guiding clients to make their construction project enjoyable as we ease the difficult bits:
Ibis Consult – providing cost consultancy and quantity surveying services to guide clients from giving early advice to someone thinking of buying a project home or small development opportunity, to detailed cost plans once the design is complete. We will also gladly be the project manager of your project or development. Members of our team will guide you through Party Wall matters if that is needed.
Ibis Design – we can provide design services for your project directly or by calling on our trusted network of specialist Architects, if you are interested in sustainable construction such as PassivHaus. Our network includes all disciplines to fully design a project and ensure you get planning permission, including Structural Engineers and Civil Engineers, Highways Engineers, SAP assessors, Ecologists etc.
Ibis Build – once you have established the design and cost of your project, we have the in-house skills to build it for you, with different options depending how involved you want to be. If you prefer to keep us as your advisor, we can procure a quality main contractor to deliver the project.
