Our mission is to provide the best possible strategic property advice to private individuals, commercial companies and statutory bodies based upon almost 50 years of experience in the built environment.
Barker Surveying’s focus is understanding the client’s needs and expectations whether it be an individual concerned about defects within their home or the purchase of a new property through to commercial clients requiring strategic building surveying advice in respect of dilapidations, defects and commercial acquisitions.
Continuing professional development is fundamental to our approach to assist in understanding and keeping pace with modern techniques, developments and legislation within the built environment; this complements almost 50 years of built environment experience.
We o er UAV services providing aerial surveys, photography and lm through our commercially licensed drone pilots providing survey access to di cult and inaccessible areas of buildings and structures.
We specialise in residential and commercial surveys, commercial dilapidations, party wall, boundary and neighbourly matters. And have extensive experience in design and project management and related health and safety matters.
